The Peninsula is a Master Planned Community designed to promote a "Healthy Family Lifestyle" where humanity and nature coexhist.
Designed in such a way as to create or enhance the many natural features such as rivers and lagoons for kayaking, canoeing, fishing. Nature trails for hiking and green spaces for picnicing providing year round opportunities for recreational and social connections.
Approximately 1300 acres set aside for conservation efforts known as the Lighthouse Conservancy and Property Owners Association to protect the integrity of the vision of the Peninsula at Golden Isles.
