Daniel Ratchford - Sales Associate
The Peninsula welcomes Daniel Ratchford. Daniel joins The Peninsula from Wilmington, NC. He graduated from the Cameron School of Business, at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a bachelors degree in economics. Daniel received his North Carolina Real Estate License while in college, and has been selling in beautiful gated communities for three years along the coast of NC. He is extremely excited to be living on the Georgia coast now and loves everything about the lifestyle and 'island time'. When not in the office you can probably find him at the beach or on one of the many golf courses in the area. Daniel brings a lot of creative idea's to the table and he truly enjoys helping people find their next new home or home site.
