CMAD Construction
"We build what we develop" - Developer and Partner Bill Nutting formed CMAD Construction in 2006. In addition to other Civil Construction jobs, CMAD constructs all of our developments to include clearing, water and sewer, road construction, and other land development activities.
On the Peninsula we take great measures to protect the ecosystem. CMAD transplanted Live Oak trees to other locations throughout the property. Reclaimed wood was used to build Wildlife Observation decks and picnic tables which have been placed throughout the property for your enjoyment. Nature and walking trails are being constructed for up close and personal interaction with the diverse ecosystem the Peninsula has to offer.
We believe in building what we develop to uphold the integrity of our projects for the homeowner and the business relationships we establish in the process.
