Phase 1 Paving Completed and First Home Starting Construction!
Phase one is complete with county sewer, water and all paved streets. We will begin construction on our first home within the next 30 days as homesite 39 is currently being prepped for construction. Amanda Pommerenck is the Premiere Home Builder and you can preview some of her homes on our Premiere Homesites page.
