New York Live South Real Estate Show was a great success!
Associates of The Peninsula Sales and Marketing team enjoyed a prosperous Real Estate trade show in Long Island New York from January 16-18.
A record number of guests attended this Live South Real Estate event, showing positive signs that "Northeast Baby Boomers" are actively seeking warmer and more economical second-home and retirement destinations. More people are discovering the Georgia coast and the value of our emerging Golden Isles. As stated by one New York resident; "We love Georgia, you have no hurricanes, a great climate, and you are just a few minutes from I-95. With Jacksonville being so close, you now even have a winning football team in your backyard."
The Peninsula will continue sales and marketing in 2009 to Northeast destinations including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington D.C, Connecticut, and Canada.
